We strive to get your order to you as soon as possible, so we offer fast and reliable shipping options for your convenience.
Processing Time
Once you place an order, please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and pack your order. We ship from our warehouse located in Texas and we ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Shipping Options
We currently offer standard shipping (expedited shipping options for domestic orders coming soon). The shipping cost is a flat rate (free with orders over $50). The estimated delivery time will depend on the shipping destination.
Domestic Shipping
For orders shipped within the United States, we offer standard shipping via USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail. The estimated delivery time for standard shipping is 2-5 business days. (We will soon offer expedited shipping via USPS Priority Mail Express, or UPS with an estimated delivery time of 1-2 business days).
International Shipping
All international orders ship from our United States warehouse.

Duties, taxes, customs fees, and import charges are not included in product or shipping prices.

All customs-related fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser and are determined by the destination country.

Payment of these fees is required to release the shipment from customs.
Orders refused, abandoned, or returned due to unpaid customs fees are not eligible for shipping refunds. Any return costs or carrier fees may be deducted from an eligible refund.
By placing an international order, you agree to these terms and accept responsibility for compliance with your local import regulations.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your package on the carrier’s website.

Correct Shipping Information

After an order has shipped, we are unable to change the address or cancel the order. Shipments delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds or replacements. If the carrier returns the package to us, a refund or reshipment will be processed only after we receive the item in good condition.
